Staff Selection Commission is an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.This commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) which consists of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations. His post is equivalent to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India.

Multi Tasking Staff

Age Limit: 
18-25 years as on 01.08.2017 (i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1992 and not later than 01.08.1999). Upper age limit relaxations applicable as per norms.

Educational Qualifications:

(As on 01.08.2017)
Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.

How to Apply:
Eligible candidates can apply online from 31.12.2016 to 30.01.2017. Candidates required to pay Rs.100 towards application fee through SBI Challan/ SBI Net banking/ Any Credit/ Any Debit card. SC/ ST/ PWD/ EX-SM/ Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Written Test & Skill Test. The written examination will consist of (Paper-I) objective type paper and (Paper-II) descriptive type.
